Securely Online
You can shop securely online using either SecPay
or PayPal to take your card details.
Just browse our Catalogue. Once you have found a product that you would
like to buy click on ‘buy now’. Choose your options for that
product then click on ‘add to basket’. You can then continue
shopping, selecting products as before or you can proceed to ‘checkout’.
At this
point you will be asked to complete your details. If you have purchased
from us before, by entering your email address and password you will be
able to process your order without having to re-enter all your details.
Please note that your credit card details are not stored and will be required
each time you place an order.
Credit Card Security
Your
credit card security is our highest priority and by using (SSL) Secure
Sockets Layer, your card information is encrypted, making it virtually
impossible for unauthorised persons to access this information. If you
would prefer to call us with your credit card information, we can be contacted

Postal Charges
For mainland UK
If
item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 48 hours for delivery within
5-7 days.
If
item is not in stock, you will be notified and given an approximate delivery
date. At this point you will have the option to cancel the order if you
would rather not wait.

Orders Overseas
For
orders overseas, you will be quoted postage charges at time of checkout,
depending on the weight of your order. Please note that unless otherwise
requested, overseas packages will be sent via economy air mail.
Payment
by Cheque
If
paying by cheque, please make the cheque payable to 'Barber Equestrian'.
We require you to write your cheque guarantee number on the reverse of
the cheque.
