Making An Order
Making an order could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue. Once you have found a product that you would like to buy click on ‘buy now’. Choose your options for that product then click on ‘add to basket’. You can then continue shopping, selecting products as before or you can proceed to ‘checkout’.

At this point you will be asked to complete your details. If you have purchased from us before, by entering your email address and password you will be able to process your order without having to re-enter all your details. Please note that your credit card details are not stored and will be required each time you place an order.

Once your information is entered, payment details will be requested. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payment using SecPay or Paypal.

You may also call us with your order and inform us of your credit card information via phone or fax.

Your credit card security is our highest priority and by using (SSL) Secure Sockets Layer, your card information is encrypted, making it virtually impossible for unauthorised persons to access this information. Shipping
Orders within Mainland UK

If item is in stock, it will be despatched within 48 hours for delivery within 5-7 days.

If item is not in stock, you will be notified and given an approximate delivery date. At this point you will have the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.

Postage Charges
Within mainland UK postage will be charged at £4.95

Overseas orders
For orders overseas, you will be quoted postage charges at time of checkout, depending on the weight of your order. Please note that unless otherwise requested, overseas packages will be sent via economy air mail.

Returns Policy
Goods supplied may be returned for a full refund, less postage, so long as they are returned unsoiled and a resalable condition as dispatched. This is on the condition that goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of sale.

The return of goods is the responsibility of the sender. We recommend that you return product either via recorded delivery or you obtain a certificate of dispatch.

Damaged Goods
Faulty goods or ones which are damaged during transit should be returned for our inspection. Replacement goods will only be dispatched on receipt of damaged goods.

Pricing
We endeavour to maintain correct prices on our website, however, this is not always in our control and therefore reserve the right to amend prices or discontinue goods where necessary.

It is our policy to only charge for products at time of dispatch. Unless an order has been made for a non-stock item, a made to measure product or a special order.
